1. How Much Does XAGNetwork Cost?
That depends on the level you wish to participate at and earn to!
You can start for as little as $5 (plus payment processor fees) - check out the benefits on the XAG Affiliates page for details.

2. Is the fee one-time or is it monthly?
This cost is every 30 days.

3. Can I join for Free?
You can definitely join for free, especially if all you are interested in doing is purchasing some of our beautiful coins and supplies.
In order to participate in our direct sales commission structure or affiliate program though, you must pay an upgrade fee.

4. What types of payment processors do you take?
Currently we take Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, SolidTrustPay and Strictpay.
If you want to use your credit card, you can do so though Alertpay or SolidTrustPay. (review the FAQ's below for full details)
We can also accept Paypal in a limited way. Paypal is allowed for all purchases of coins and also for our Direct Sales Member level.

5. How Can I Use My Credit Card to Upgrade or Make Purchases?
1) Once you have selected whatever you are purchasing (membership level through Payment Page or Coins through E-Shop page), click on the drop down menu for "Select Processor" and choose Alertpay and click Preview button.
2) On the preview page, review your purchase and when ready click on Pay Now button.
3) The 3rd party processor, Alertpay, website will appear with the purchase details at the top. Near the bottom left you will see this: "Don't have an AlertPay account?". Just below that will be a link which says: "Click here to use your Credit Card". Click that link.
4) On the left will be a form to enter your details - name, address, credit card information, etc. Fill that information in and click Continue button.
5) Follow the instructions from the credit card processor site, Alertpay and you will be all setup!

6. What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the our program, you can receive a full refund on memberships by submitting a support ticket within 48 hours of your initial purchase from within the member's area. The refund will be sent within 10 business days to the original ecurrency account you purchased with and will have any earnings you collected deducted from this refund.
In event of a product being shipped, to receive a refund, open a ticket as above within 48 hours of purchase. Once you have received the product, return it at your cost. Once the product has been received back at XAGNetwork, we will issue a full refund, minus our shipping costs.

7. How quickly do you pay commissions?
Your commissions will be paid within 5 business days of you requesting payment.
As soon as you have reached the minimum requirement of $5 in your account you can request the withdrawal from the Cash History link in your members area.
Make sure your payment details are filled out properly.

8. Am I allowed multiple memberships?
For sure, this is especially great for different family members within the same household! You just need to use individual usernames.
You can signup from the referral link of another member in your household.
NOTE: The exception to this is if you are abusing the direct sales commission structure. You cannot signup with one account and then refer yourself to earn the 10% sales commission on our bullion coins and coin supplies. This is cheating the person who brought you to this business opportunity out of their deserved sales commission.

9. What if I do not want to participate in your affiliate program?
That is no problem at all.
Our main focus is providing beautiful bullion coins a fair price to add to your savings or collection.
The affiliate program is just a bonus to help grow our business and those of our Advertising Partners.

10. I have cash available in my account. Can I use it instead of requesting a cashout?
You sure can.
For upgrading your own account just go to the payment page like you would normally do to upgrade and select "From my account cash balance" in the payment processor drop down menu.
To PIF, just put in a support request in the members area.
Note which member id(s) you want to upgrade and to what membership level and we will handle the rest.
You even save all transaction fees doing this, since there is no ecurrency provider involved.
To purchase coins just choose your coins from the E-shop pages and when it is time to pay, just choose: "From my account cash balance" in the payment processor drop down menu.

11. Is XAGNetwork International? Do you ship internationally?
XAGNetwork is open to people from all countries. (Ensure you know the laws of your own country with regards to affiliate marketing). XAGNetwork ships to all countries. We ship regular mail and also have an expedited, registered option at a higher price. XAGNetwork is not responsible for any taxes or duties assigned in your own country.

12. What is the affiliate structure? Is there spillover possible?
The entire affiliate structure is maximum 5 wide. Each member can have a maximum of 5 members directly under them. All other personal referrals fill in below and remain in your team. There is a possibility of spillover, but should not be expected.

13. Why do the prices of Collector Memberships change?
The Collector Memberships are tied to the price of silver bullion because those memberships include a 1 ounce Silver Maple Leaf coin. We change those prices based on the actual silver price. Added onto the price of silver is $12 for the Marketer Level, $5 for minting and shipping to us, and $4 for shipping and handling to the members. Prices are reviewed once per week and changed accordingly. Subscription prices are changed once per month or when new orders are placed.
